T-Mobile Premium subscription

T-Mobile doesn't provide a lot of information about the benefit of paying for pandora through them. Does the premium subscription through them cover all users of my family plan or does the benefit have to be applied as a charge per active phone line? If they each require their own benefit subscriptions, would the slight discount be applied to a family plan purchase if a better deal that way?

In regards to our Premium Family plan, that is only available when upgrading directly through the Pandora website.
