Taxed!

I have been paying $9.99 for many years for Premium. Suddenly I am now being charged $10.88 and my receipt is showing that it's due to taxes. I live in Anchorage, Alaska. There is no sales tax here. I need to understand why I'm being taxed.

I'm also suddenly being charged tax for my Pandora subscription. I don't understand why that is. I live in Anchorage, Alaska. We have no city tax and no state tax here. I would like an explanation of the tax I'm being charged (.89 for the 9.99 subscription) so I can understand why this is happening. It started in November 2020 after many years of subscribing. I have lived in Anchorage, AK since 1988.
