I do see you are currently upgraded to Pandora Plus through Google Play.
If you'd like to upgrade to Pandora Premium, you should be able to do so through the Pandora app on your Android device.
Pandora subscriptions purchased on Android devices are processed through Google Play and are offered on a monthly basis at $10.99/month (plus tax where applicable).
If you upgrade through Google Play, you’ll move to Premium immediately. You’ll see a prorated Premium charge, which includes a credit for the unused portion of your Plus subscription. The full Premium charge will begin on your next billing cycle.
To upgrade to Premium on your Android device:
- Open the Pandora app and sign in, if prompted.
- Tap Profile, then select the Settings gear icon.
- Choose Subscription to view your current plan and explore available upgrade options, including Pandora Premium.
