Trouble with premium

I switched my account to premium yesterday. 
I was able to engage the “artist only” and loved it. 
same thing this morning.

this afternoon I am getting the ad pop up. 
my account in the corner says to get premium but when I click on it I AM on premium. 
I’ve signed in and out. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same.
