Unsuccessful at renewing a gifted (complementary) subscription that will end on 6/20/21, so at Pandora.com I gifted myself an annual Plus subscription which will begin 6/20/21.
I now wish to upgrade to Premium but Pandora indicates that Premium isn't available for my account.
I verified my military service and requested the military discount but was unsuccessful with that as well.
As a last resort I am attempting to cancel my subscription and start from scratch. "Settings" to "Subscription brings only credit card information, no "Switch Plans" option.
