Hi all,
Having a problem regarding my subscription to Pandora plus. It appears it is through a very old google play account that I no longer have access to. That said the payment method itself is through PayPal.
I’d like to either change the subscription to my apple account so I have all the info needed to make changes in the future, or cancel the subscription.
Unfortunately it seems without access to my old google account I won’t be able to. I even powered up my old Samsung galaxy s4 to try it there with no luck. My thought is removing the card used in PayPal to make the payment to google but the internet says that won’t work.
PLEASE HELP! I still use pandora daily but don’t like the fact I have no control over this subscription now.

I do see you've submitted a message to our support team through our help page.
They can help cancel your current subscription, so that you can instead resubscribe using your current billing information.

Perfect that would be amazing! I can be patient as I still actively enjoy pandora plus and use it daily. Looking forward to at least having control of it again though! Had to dig deep just to try and find info on that 15yr old phone haha.
I did reach out to support but did not receive a confirmation email like I have in the past on other sites that anything was submitted so I figured I’d try here too.
