Unable to upgrade to Premium Military

Cannot Upgrade free to military account after canceling old acct

I am trying to upgrade from the free account to a military account. I researched to cancel the old membership so I did but when I go to upgrade, military is not an option but I am retired Air Force and have identification. Please help, thanks!
