Upgraded to Premium but only receiving Plus benefits

I am paying for Pandora Premium, but only seem to be getting the Pandora Plus benefits. Originally I was able to enjoy all the benefits of the Premium package, but that has now changed. How do I get the package

Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me. At first, I was able to listen to any of my
Pandora channels offline. Now I am only able to listen to 3 channels
offline and the playlists that I have created. I believe that these are the
benefits that people who pay for Pandora Plus receive. My account shows
that I pay for Pandora Premium and I would like to have the benefits that I
am paying for. Is there anything that can be done or do I need to change my
subscription? Please let me know if there are specific questions that need
to be answered.

@tsherrell You'll first need to download any stations you want to listen to offline before they become available in offline mode.

If you are currently only showing 3 stations when in offline mode, I recommend downloading any others you'd like to see there.

To download music for offline listening:

1. Search for an artist, station, playlist, album, or song you would like to download, and click on its name to visit its backstage page.
2. Tap the Download icon to add it to your offline collection.
