Use a Pandora Gift Subscription I Gave Somebody

I gave somebody a Pandora subscription in September. They  said they are not going to use it and want me to use it. However, now they are off grid so I can't get it from them. I don't have the code/info to use it. There appears to be no way to contact Pandora or Pandora support to get it.

Is there any way to use this, or to contact Pandora support?
