@gene829 It looks like the Pandora subscription on your account has already expired.

You can only access and edit your payment info if you have an active subscription. You will be able to provide your new payment information when you upgrade your account again from the Pandora website.

Next, confirm you are logged in with the correct email address. Then, choose your subscription and update your credit card information on the Upgrade page. Please note that any applicable Tax will show in the Order Summary box.

@gene829 Sorry for the confusion. 

That last message was not meant for you - since you are subscribed to this Community thread, you will receive notifications whenever a message is posted here.

You can unsubscribe from email notifications by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner.

Click on My Settings > Click on Email > Under Email Settings, check the box next to 'Don't send me any community emails' - don't forget to hit Save when you're done.
