@Babums It looks like your account is currently upgraded to Pandora Plus through Google Play.

I checked the email address under your community profile, and the Pandora account associated with it is not currently upgraded to a subscription. This account has also not been upgraded in the past.

Sounds like you have another Pandora account with a different email address. If that's the case, you can manage your Google Play subscription with the steps found here.
