Could you explain what's happening in more detail? The more information you can provide, the better I can help.
When this issue occurs:
- When you say the app closes, does it completely exit and you are sent back to your phone's home screen?
- Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening?
- I see you mentioned you are forced to re-download songs - are you listening in Offline Mode when this happens? If so, does the app also close when you aren't listening in Offline Mode?
- Are your downloaded tracks disappearing as a result of the app randomly closing? Or are they disappearing after you uninstall/reinstall the Pandora app on your phone?
- Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?
- Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?
- Are you using a Bluetooth connection?
Additionally, please provide both your iOS and Pandora app versions:
- iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
- Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
