Offline playlists stopping

Why does my music keep stopping when I pay for pandora plus? I’m aware of the dead spots in my area because phone calls drop there and I previously heard the tone of Pandora switching to offline mode in these areas. Now it just stops before I even get to the dead spot. Just drops completely. No tone. No switch to offline mode. Just silence. Why bother with the subscription?

Now, from what you have explained, it sounds like you are experiencing this issue while driving on your car, is this correct? Can you tell me a bit more about your setup?

• What is the make, model and year of your vehicle?
• How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
• Is your vehicle equipped with Apple CarPlay?
• Have you experienced this issue only when in the car, or also when listening on your phone outside the car?

Additionally, please provide both your iOS and Pandora app versions:

• iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
• Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
