Thumbs up playlist problems with iphone

I have a problem with the thumbs up playlist.  In my situation the playlists do not show in the iOS app or online, however I see them when using Pandora with CarPlay.  But then the play list does not play it only shows.  

Please let me know how to resolve this problem. This is the one feature that had me convinced to upgrade my pandora subscription and stop my apple music subscription.  But not if it does not work.

Sorry for the trouble you have been experiencing. I checked the account linked to your Pandora community and it looks like it is currently on Free service, but it also seems like you have used some complimentary sessions before.

Playlists are only available for Premium subscribers, but you can enable some Premium features like Playlists by seeing an ad.
