Two iPhones can’t login on both

A month ago I realized that I could not lo lay my perm service on one iPhone. Both have iOS 13.3 passwords and un are correct. When I try to liking on second phone all I get is an error. This worked for years in the past.

Can you please do me a favor and send me a screenshot of the error you are getting when attempting to log in on your iPhone?
