iOS: App buffers after migrating to new iPhone

Hi there my Pandora app always buffers when using it in WIFI mode and cellular data since i changed phones.

Phone:Iphone 13mini   iOS:17.03

Carrier:AT&T

Pandora iOS app version: 2308.1

mod edit: removed personal email address + changed title for clarity
