iOS: Bluetooth controls no longer function offline

I can download songs but on IOS the controls on wireless headphones don’t work…no stop, pause, etc… Happens on Plus and Premium. Anyone else? I have to pay for another music app for offline listening.

• Does this issue only occur in offline mode when using the Pandora app?
• What is the make and model of your bluetooth headphones?
• Have you tried re-pairing your wireless headphones to your phone?
