iOS: Buffering and skipping

Hi everyone,

I am experiencing a frustrating issue with my Pandora app where songs will briefly buffer and then immediately skip to the next song endlessly. It gets caught in an infinite skipping loop and won't play any audio.

I have already gone through all the standard troubleshooting steps, including:

• Logging out of my account, clearing the app cache, and logging back in.

• Completely deleting the app, restarting my phone, and doing a fresh reinstall.

• Testing on both Wi-Fi and cellular data (the endless skipping happens on both connections).

• Lowering the audio streaming quality in the app settings.

Since a clean reinstall didn't fix the issue, I suspect there might be a token or account sync error on the backend. Could a moderator please look into my account or place a trace on it to help clear this loop?

Could you tell me more about your device and about what's happening, please?

• Device & Generation: (e.g. iPhone X, iPad Air (3rd gen), etc.)
• Carrier:
• iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
• Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
   

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?

Are you listening through your phone speakers or are you connected to speakers or earphones through Bluetooth?

Have you identified any other patterns or notable information?
