Can you explain your issue a bit further?
When listening on your iPhone/bluetooth speaker:
- What exactly is happening when you attempt to stream Pandora on your phone? Can you please detail your exact experience and where you are seeing issues?
- Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening?
- Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?
- Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?
- Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
- Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
When listening on your computer:
- What exactly is happening when you attempt to stream Pandora on your computer? Can you please detail your exact experience and where you are seeing issues?
- Are you listening from:
- A Mac or Windows computer?
- Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
- Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
- Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
Lastly, do you only experience issues streaming on your phone and computer when at work?
