iOS: Lag when typing on search bar and pulling up playlists

Horrible service that once was great

Why all of a sudden do I have horrible service on my iOS phone… I pay for a monthly subscription… I have for many years… service should be better NOT WORSE!  There is a lag in typing into search bar.. lag in pulling up my playlist. The list goes on and on.. I am tempted to cancel my subscription

Sorry to hear about the trouble you've had regarding the lag on your app. Can you tell me a bit more about what's happening?

• Is this happening only on your phone or on other devices too?
• What happens when you open Pandora?
• Is there an error message (if yes, what exactly does it say)?
