iOS: Playback stops after one song in Offline Mode

When I try to listen to my downloaded songs only, I go to offline mode and start the first downloaded song. When I hit fast forward to play the next downloaded song, nothing happens and when the song is done playing, it does not advance to the next song. How do I fix this? I have a premium plus subscription.
