iOS: "Connect to Internet" Error for Offline Listening

Offline listening no longer works. App keeps saying I have to connect to Internet. When I do the music plays but stops when I turn my internet back off and keeps saying the app has to connect to Internet. Why is that happening?

• If you're still having trouble, could you share a screenshot of the error message you're seeing?
• Also, are you turning off your WiFi or the internet connection in your home?

Why does this happen every single time now. Can this be corrected? I'm about to switch bc this has never happened so consistently. It's annoying.
