• What is the make and model?
• What happened when you tried to listen? Were the songs buffering or skipping? Did the downloaded content disappear?
• Was there an error message (if yes, what did it say)?

The IPhone was 15 Pro Max. The Thumbprint did not play. I don't know
why. I have 540 thumb saved but they just wouldn't play. They play when
I'm on the ground.

Just to clarify, when you activated the airplane mode you had this problem, but when you disabled it you were able to listen again?

Are you able to manually enable/disable the offline listening on your Pandora? What happens when you do this?
