@bflores71 he wants to test first to see if this works.  I don't think it is reasonable to advise him that he needs to pay to reactivate his cellular connection before testing to see if it works.  Also, all of my suggestions provide you with an Internet connection.  You do not need to use the SIM card in your car if the car can access the Internet by joining an external Wi-Fi network.  That could be any Wi-Fi network that gets you Internet (mobile hot spot, cell phone, etc.). ...
