Like others reporting this morning, all seems back to normal. Thanks for not taking 3 months to fix the issue this time. Maybe the next time a tad better coordination between Samsung and Pandora could shorten any future downtime to zero? Just a thought….i mean we do pay for the service.

My only suggestion is to post the info about your problem and your TV specifics to the Samsung community. It wasn't long after I did that that mine fixed.... don't think they specifically did something just for me but that's where the problem is and if enough people complain it may help. Good luck! Robin

Everyone who is having issues with Samsung TVs needs to go over to the Samsung community and bring this up there. We keep posting Pandora's community but the issue is not Pandora, it's Samsung and we need to be complaining to them. Robin

Thanks for that. Unfortunately everyone except Samsung loses if that's the case. Because it won't work for the method I use it the most (literally 90%) then I've cancelled my subscription. I like Pandora and I would love to keep using. Grrl

@TannerPandora Samsung Q60TAFXZA software version 2201 ISP is AT&T Model BGW320 modem/router via Wi-Fi. I am unable to connect an Ethernet cord directly to my TV i have removed app and reinstalled i have restarted modem i have factory reset my TV nothing works! I pay for a subscription that I can now no longer use on my preferred device.

I have a Samsung Q60TAFXZA that has software version 2201 that the Pandora app will no longer play on. Has been working fine for months then just in the last few days has stopped. my ISP is AT&T and I use their model BGW320 modem/router via Wi-Fi.
