I resubscribed to Premium through google play but when i log into the app, im still on free mode.
The money was taken out of my account so the purchase was complete. I tried logging out, back in, uninstalling, and reinstalling the app, but nothing worked.
Update:
I figured it out. If anyone else has this issue I had to open my Pandora app. Go to my profile, Click Upgrade at the top left-hand corner, and then scroll down to where is says Retrieve subscription.
