This just happened to me. I redeemed a reward from Miles for a 90 day free trial, but as soon as I entered my payment info I was charged 9.99. My account says I am on the 90 day free trial and am not supposed to be charged until 09/09/22. I "spoke" with the chatbot, but am unclear if this issue was forwarded to support.
