I have been having the same issue and it started at the end of August. I made no change to anything on my side. I have contacted support, walked through all of the steps they have given (clear cache, clear data, ensure no ad blockers, adjust your chrome settings, try different browers, try different networks, reboot your computer, reboot your network), and nothing fixes the issue.
