Hi Alyssa, Thanks for reaching out. I don't know how long I'm in offline mode before I lose all of my content. It's happened half a dozen times or so over the last two years. I can go for long periods of time without switching back to online mode, but when that happens, Pandora will tell me to go online, presumably to check that I still have a paid subscription, and I always comply. This is anecdotal, but I think that I've been within the 30-day window at least once when I lost all of my content because I have to go online in order to download new content, and I think that I had downloaded new content shortly before losing it all again, at least once, but I'm not sure. I don't recall ever signing out of the app. After it happened again today, I deleted the app and reinstalled. Thanks for looking into this.
