Hi Alyssa, Thank you for the information. None of the above applies to my situation. I have lost my entire collection at least a half a dozen times over the last two years without removing or uninstalling the app, without failing to re-establish a connection over Wi-Fi any time that I have been prompted to, and without logging out of the app. Pandora periodically asks me to re-establish my connection of Wi-Fi, presumably to make sure that I am still a paid subscriber. If for some reason Pandora randomly decides to remove my content without prompting me to re-establish connection as it normally does, then I would consider that a serious design flaw. While I have been a Pandora Premium subscriber since November 2018, I have only had my current phone since June 2019. My current phone is an iPhone XS while my previous phone was an Android Pixel. I had the same problem with both phones, so this a problem that persists across platforms. Here are the details that you asked for... Device & Generation: iPhone XS Carrier: Verizon iOS version: 14.1 (although I had this problem with previous iOS versions as well as Android) Pandora version: 2009.2.1 Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening? No, I don't recall this ever happening while I'm connected. Hi Alyssa, Thanks for reaching out. I don't know how long I'm in offline mode before I lose all of my content. It's happened half a dozen times or so over the last two years. I can go for long periods of time without switching back to online mode, but when that happens, Pandora will tell me to go online, presumably to check that I still have a paid subscription, and I always comply. This is anecdotal, but I think that I've been within the 30-day window at least once when I lost all of my content because I have to go online in order to download new content, and I think that I had downloaded new content shortly before losing it all again, at least once, but I'm not sure. I don't recall ever signing out of the app. After it happened again today, I deleted the app and reinstalled. Thanks for looking into this. ... View more
