I'm having the same "always buffering" problem.  My device is an iphone SE running iOS 15.6.1.  My carrier is AT&T.  The Pandora version is 2208.1.   This problem started a couple of days ago.  I've deleted and reinstalled the app, toggled the cellular data tab and all of the other suggestions from the prior post.  Nothing has worked.  I've used Pandora for years without a problem.  Why now?  ...
