Just jumping on the bandwagon here... I've used pandora for over a decade. Useless pop-up messages are a complete nuisance. Modern Android phones handle both Bluetooth device connections, and sending pause commands to media apps automatically without needing extra permissions.  Also, if you pop up a request for permission to do something, it is seriously bad for to neglect adding a "no I don't want to give you this permission" button. That button should exist, and should be remembered once pressed.
