Hi Community Team, I need help resolving an issue with duplicate accounts. I have a long-standing primary account with all my stations under my old email I recently reached the 4-year limit for the student discount on that account. Since I am still a student and need the student rate, I attempted to move my subscription to my official student email: However, a 'ghost' account was accidentally created with that student email during the process. Now, when I try to update my primary account to my student email, I get an error saying the 'account already exists.' I have already requested deletion for the ghost account, but the email is still blocked. Could a moderator please escalate this to Pandora Care to have the ghost account ([Insert cgierish@my.gcu.edu]) fully scrubbed so I can update my primary account and re-verify my student status?
