I’m trying to delete my premium account that I used with an att.net account that was hacked years ago and subsequently closed.  I followed the instructions to close the account, and I and received a pop-up, saying a customer care specialist would email me with further details to close my account.  Unfortunately, I won’t receive those emailed instructions.  Suggestions?  ...
