I have this issue as well.  I have been using the desktop app on PC for years fine but it signed me out now and will not let me sign in.  I am able to sign out and use my same credentials to sign in on the web browser and it works, but when I use the same username and password on the desktop app it tells me that I am using the wrong username or password. ...
