Ideas: In app volume control for TVs

Movies/Shows on my TV usually play at volume 30 to 40, but then if I switch to Pandora for music it's extremely loud and needs to go down to like 16. Would be nice to have an in-app volume control for smart tvs still. And no LG's "Auto Volume" isn't an option since I'm using hdmi arc (they disable that setting for some reason).
