Has anything been figured out with this. I'm paying for a family package and about to cancel my subscription. I contacted product support back in May reference #05089665. I thought maybe it was the Samsung a52 that I was using. I just upgraded to the Samsung s24 and it's doing this exact thing. I'm a commercial driver and can be fined and lose my job for touching my phone. Again as many have said, when saying the wake up phrase "Hey Pandora" the assistant will launch. And the microphone icon will fluctuate at though it's hearing me. But it does not respond to the command and just closes out the assistant.  ... View more
