I'm having this issue right now. I've deleted the app and restarted my device. It's been happening for the last few months, so I know it's happening with every ad playing. I have to shut down the app and reopen it every time an ad ends. The player shows that a song is playing, but there's no sound. As soon as I shut it down and restart it, the music plays again. I'm on wifi playing through iPod minis throughout my house.
