It happens when I'm listening to stations. I don't have a VPN. It is a fiber to wireless in-home router. I don't sweem to have the problem on my Roku TV when I stream Pandora over that . I have the same issue. Over the last few weeks Pandora playing a couple of tunes on my stations and then complaining there is no data feed. However Ookla says I've got 275Mbps. There's nothing else drawing data on my network except a couple of static web pages. Fiber connection. Chrome is up to date.
