Buffering

I just recently signed up for the Premium Pandora.   I am having problems with buffering...this happens on multiple PC/tablets.  At times, the music takes 10-15 minutes before it plays, or it stops What can I do to avoid this?  I will NOT continue to pay for the Premium subscription if I continue to have these issues.
