Came looking for answers for the same problem. Over the last week it has gotten worse,  not better, as it has started playing on its own in the middle of the night. It starts playing every time I turn on my car,  and turning off auto start doesn't seem to help.  I don't want to uninstall Pandora, but I have to be able to control when it plays.  I ran into this same issue with Spotify a couple months ago and did delete that app.  I have Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra On ATT Version 13 Security patch sept 1 2023   ...
