I have done all of these steps, ad nauseam, and it doesn’t help. My router is now saying “really? Again you’re unplugging me?” I would bet with all of these issues going on all over the place that all of us do not use the same ISP. How can unplugging the router help so many people? You have to find another solution, Pandora.
