sorry I took so long to get back but had to wait for the error message to pop back up. The message says, Somethings not right, let's try a restart. Quitting the app and reopening it should fix the issue. Restarting sometimes fixes the issue but more often than not I have to uninstall the app and reinstall to get it to work. I do not log off when done listening, I just pause the music, so that when I come back to listen I can just use the media controls on my keyboard to start playing music again. It didn't do this before this year, it has only happened with the new year.
