sorry I took so long to get back but had to wait for the error message to pop back up. The message says, Somethings not right, let's try a restart. Quitting the app and reopening it should fix the issue.   Restarting sometimes fixes the issue but more often than not I have to uninstall the app and reinstall to get it to work. I do not log off when done listening, I just pause the music, so that when I come back to listen I can just use the media controls on my keyboard to start playing music again. Has been happening for me also. New computer build, built in Sept 2025, Windows 11 with all updates installed. Have had to uninstall and reinstall once a week since the beginning of the year.
