Now I only listen to it when I really know I need to get some sleep and I have to go to church tomorrow. Retired. I hardly ever set my alarm but at this point I have got it set because I want to go. if anyone out there listens to this station when they are TRYING to go sleep, just tell me how. Just about anything that helps you go to sleep if it's on Pandora tell me how you listen to it and Achieve sleep.
