Been having the same issue for about 1-2 months. Tried uninstalling, logging out, forcing all devices to log out, powering off the phone then reinstalling. No luck. Background app refresh is on. I've been listening to and loving Pandora since it was the Music Genome Project and been a paid subscriber since they were first offered, and sing Pandora's praises any time a conversation about music or music services comes up. This bug makes Pandora completely unusable for me. Just wanted to put one more tick on the tally for this bug. Hopefully y'all can get it solved soon. I'm a mobile app developer and would be happy to provide testing and/or feedback with Testflight or if you have any more advanced steps than the basic troubleshooting.
