So here's my update since May. I called Bose multiple times because the Pandora wasn't working on Bose with either my husband's app or mine. After I annoyed them enough, they told me the only thing left to check was a hardware problem, so I sent my device in for repair. Then they called me and let me know they couldn't repair it because it was a software issue that had been fixed with newer models. So they sent me a brand new device and guess what. I tried Pandora and it wasn't working. So then I contacted Pandora and they sent me a list of their supported devices/companies. They don't support Bose products. So the Bose app that you're supposed to use to hear Pandora is useless. I listen to my Pandora now through my smart TV which had the Pandora app. it works great. You can also use Pandora by using WiFi on your phone to connect to the BOSE but that's a PITA because if you get a call or use voice prompts it interrupts the music and who wants that?
