I am having the same problem.  Just started (June 2024).  Model SR7007.  My login is there, all correct, then I hit OK  get a please wait and back to the OK.  Can't go further.  I didn't do a factory reset, but I did unplug for 5 minutes.  I even went into Pandora changed the password, and tried the new password.    Has Marantz changed something?  I was super disappointed when they stopped updating the Sirius XM app. ...
