I too am having the same problem.  Only on cellular.  Started 2 days ago.  Buffering typically occurs between songs.  Appears to be random but each instance of buffering is a number of minutes.  Very frustrating.  Never had this problem before.  I have a iPhone 15 Pro running latest OS.  Running Pandora version 2406.1. ...
