I have read these threads, changed to where all of my "albums" are on to shuffle, and have filled in the blue circle to shuffle (although I'm not sure why these are my albums...but I digress) the same issue. I normally only listen on my phone: Samsung Galaxy.   This shouldn't be so difficult just to shuffle my playlist of 740 songs.  I get the same handful each time.   QUESTION - does each song need to have the blue check for "collected"?  I don't really know the difference between collected and playlist.  Although I've searched it.
