Hey Adam, thanks for your ideas. There is over 80 GB of space available on the device, so it is not a space issue. If I sign out of the applet it displays a message that all downloaded songs will be removed, so not going to chance that situation. All songs show downloaded and have listened to them before when offline, so they are downloaded. Here is the solution - I disabled my new VPN applet (not just paused it) and the downloaded songs played fine. That is a strange situation as I cannot imagine why the applet would 'care' if a VPN is in use. None-the-less, it now works as desired!
