I'm also having this issue with both the desktop web player (Chrome) and the PC app. Just like everyone else has described, the volume will randomly go up/down in the middle of songs. This does not seem to be an issue with the phone app on my Samsung android device. I too may be forced to cancel my paid subscription and move to Spotify or another service if this persists. ...
